Tax Charges

For all orders made from the UK and the EU, VAT is inclusive within the price paid.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, all card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe has been screened by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 business days providing the items you have ordered are in stock. Once your order ships we anticipate a delivery time period of 5 to 7 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we do not have your items in stock you will be credited.

Return Policy

Returned goods must be unused and in a sealed condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received. If you return goods because they where ordered incorrectly or if the bottles split you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like to replace the goods with another size, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs of returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
